My Fitness and Training Philosophy is centered around changing yourself. In order to change yourself, you have to challenge yourself! You must step out of your comfort zone, try new things and most importantly have a positive attitude! I have implemented these principles to transform my body into a stronger, lighter, heather version of me! Ultimately I can relate to my clients well. I can offer you the guidance, motivation and positive attitude to keep you determined as well.
I specialize in strength training, cardio enhancements, Weight loss and Overall motivation! I enjoy spinning and running. You will see me on the group fitness schedule teaching classes as well.
