We love it when you bring a friend with you to HealthTrack! This is what you need to be a guest at HealthTrack.
GUEST PASS & POLICY
- All guests must be accompanied by an active HealthTrack member.
- Adult guests 18 years of age and older must provide a photo ID, have a picture taken, and complete a waiver online or at HealthTrack.
- Under all circumstances youth guests under the age of 18 must have an adult (18 years or older) accompany them. The adult will sign the waiver in-person at the time of entry.
- There is a limit of 2 guests per membership at check-in.
- Each guest must either use a current member’s guest pass or pay the guest fee.
