Joe Adkins
I grew up in Oak Park, IL, and married my high school sweetheart in 1997. We have two daughters. In 2003 I graduated from the National University of Health Services with a Massage Therapy License. For over 20 years I have worked at HealthTrack, where I developed a style that helps my clients relax and heal. In 2005, I started teaching at NVHS and received additional training with Dr. Ben Benjamin in orthopedic massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, and trigger point therapy for chronic pain relief. In my free time, you’ll find me in the backyard of my Wheaton home, tending to my veggie and fruit garden, and always working on growing the biggest pumpkin anyone has ever seen. BTW, I have had some success with my pumpkins and have won the IL state title on a number of occasions.
Molly O'Connor LeRoy
I earned a BS from the University of Oregon and graduated from the Brian Utting School of Massage in Seattle, WA, in 2002, completing an 1100-hour clinical program. I spent 5 years working seasonally in Costa Rica, embracing an active outdoor lifestyle, learning Spanish, and traveling internationally. After returning to my hometown of Glen Ellyn, I continued to expand my skills, studying techniques like Fascial Link Therapy and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. As a certified massage therapist, I enjoy working with all populations of clients. My journey into bodywork began when, as a young athlete, I experienced the remarkable pain relief and healing that massage provided. This inspired me to enter the field. I believe in addressing the body as a whole—focusing on global rather than local issues when dealing with pain. By working on posture and alignment, and educating clients, I help them progress in their healing journey. I truly love what I do and am passionate about helping others live healthier, happier lives in their bodies.
Julie Barbee
I’ve been practicing massage since 2007 and have been part of the HealthTrack team since 2009. My specialty is slow, deep, specific tissue stripping, which I’ve found to be the most effective way to release chronic issues with minimal discomfort. I also take the same care and time with clients who need stress relief and relaxation. Each of my clients has unique needs, and I personalize every service to meet those individual needs.
Dawn Schramer
I am passionate about the human body and the practices that keep it healthy. I truly believe that massage is beneficial to both the mind and body. With 25 years of massage experience, including working with chiropractors and running a private practice, I've continually advanced my skills through continuing education courses. My specialties include Deep Tissue massage, assisted stretching, sports massage, and prenatal massage. Additionally, I serve as the Group Fitness Director at HealthTrack and am a certified Personal Trainer.
Alice Difiore
I absolutely love what I do and enjoy being part of the amazing, supportive team in the Day Spa. After graduating from Soma Massage Therapy Institute in downtown Chicago in 2012, I’ve earned certifications in pregnancy massage, hot stone therapy, sports taping, cupping, lymphatic drainage, and medical massage, among others. My wonderful family—my husband and four children—have been a constant support system for me. I look forward to many wonderful years of serving our members.

As the former Creative Director at Avalon Salon, I specialized in hair services for men, women, and children, including cuts, color, Brazilian blowouts, perms, updos, and extensions. I'm available for special event packages and have a particular expertise in Indian hair styling for weddings. With 30 years of experience, I'm here to help you discover the look that's perfect for you.

Esthetician - My passion for skin care started in my teen years and continues into my adult life. After graduating Aesthetics College in 2001, my passion to educate people with a routine that fits their lifestyle and combats Environmental and Hormonal changes is important. I believe in a balanced skin care routine and a healthy realistic approach when treating my clients skin care needs. HydraFacial’s are a wonderful addition to the other services offered. Continuing my education is important as this profession keeps evolving and it’s exciting to learn more.

Nail Technician - I am an experienced Nail Tech with 20 years or experience. I am a provider of quality nail service to my clients. I graduated from French Academy Main Calin located in Lebanon. I also am licensed and certified from Academy of Nails in Downers Grove, Il. I specialized ingrown toenail toes, heel treatment, and nail art. I enjoy giving manicures and pedicures to educate the client on how to keep their hands and toes Healthy and beautiful. I am someone who loves to meet new people and ensure that they have the most relaxing experience possible. I enjoy making their day a little brighter. In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. I love cooking, baking, and crocheting as well.
