My training philosophy is centered around Feeling Good in your own body. I approach exercise from a place of love for my body, and I wish to help my clients do the same - regardless of your starting point. We all start somewhere. This philosophy embraces showing up, week after week, for yourself and for your goals. I have been in love with movement for most of my life, starting with swimming, then Synchronized Swimming. I found KungFu at 15 while recovering from anorexia, it taught me about the body, using plyometrics, strength, and functional exercises. That’s when I started appreciating my body for what it can do versus how it looked. Today I want to share my passion for movement and body acceptance through Personal Training using methods that include Tai Chi, Yoga and Aerial Yoga. My goal as a personal trainer is to help you achieve your goals, in a fun, conscious and loving way. I truly believe that together we can do great things! Certifications include: Yoga Teacher Training; Aerial Yoga Teacher Training; Yoga for Eating Disorders; Fascia Stretching; NASM Personal Training
