My training philosophy is centered around Feeling Good in your own body. I approach exercise from a place of love for my body, and I wish to help my clients do the same - regardless of your starting point. We all start somewhere. This philosophy embraces showing up, week after week, for yourself and for your goals. I have been in love with movement for most of my life, starting with swimming, then Synchronized Swimming. I found KungFu at 15 while recovering from anorexia, it taught me about the body, using plyometrics, strength, and functional exercises. That’s when I started appreciating my body for what it can do versus how it looked. Today I want to share my passion for movement and body acceptance through Personal Training using methods that include Tai Chi, Yoga and Aerial Yoga. My goal as a personal trainer is to help you achieve your goals, in a fun, conscious and loving way. I truly believe that together we can do great things! Certifications include: Yoga Teacher Training; Aerial Yoga Teacher Training; Yoga for Eating Disorders; Fascia Stretching; NASM Personal Training

Warren Buffet once said, “It’s what you do right now, today, that determines how your mind and body will operate in ten, twenty, and thirty years from now.” I spent the first 20 years of my career working in finance and I was guilty of not always prioritizing my health. After a health scare, I opened my eyes to my current state of health: aches, pains, and muscle tightness and imbalances; less than ideal joint mobility; subpar balance; poor posture; an elevated resting heart rate and LDL-C; and a little too breathless going up a short flight of stairs. This motivated me to start my own weight loss and fitness journey. Since this awakening, I have become a student of the science of fitness, weight loss and nutrition. I use the latest evidence-based models to provide an integrated personalized approach to program design. To ensure I am meeting each member’s goals, I focus on all areas of fitness, including correcting muscle imbalances, improving joint range of motion, enhancing balance, building core strength, building muscle endurance and hypertrophy, and improving cardio endurance. I am also a weight loss specialist and can design programs to cater to weight loss goals. *NASM-Certified Personal Trainer *NASM-Weight Loss Specialist *ASTI-CPR/AED
