I'm an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. My approach to fitness emphasizes age-appropriate programming with a specific focus given to stability and strength training in combination with cardiovascular and flexibility training. I began my fitness career working with young athletes, coaching basketball. I took interest in helping those athletes strengthen their bodies and overall skills. My interest led me to become a Certified Personal Trainer in 2019. Naturally, my first clients were 50-60 years old, and had not one athletic bone in their bodies. I'm fortunate to say that I have experience working with clients ranging in age from 10-60 years old. I enjoy shooting hoops, and watching a good movie with my wife and two sons.
