Circuit Zone

Try Circuit Zone! Challenge yourself with treadmills, rowing and weights. Class is led by Personal Trainers. Class is first come, first serve with a maximum of 12. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Sign up at the Fitness Desk on the iPad. FREE

100 Mile Swim

Join our 100-Mile Swim Club It’s easy to sign up! Simply keep track of the laps you swim during each workout and record your yardage/mileage in the 100 mile swim binder located outside the aquatics office. The mileage tracking will be maintained and updated weekly!

When does the challenge start? January 1 – December 31st, 2019
How many lengths is a mile? 
Length = One end of the pool to the other (25 yards)
Lap = Down & Back (50 yards)
70 Lengths or 35 laps = 1,760 yards

Can I walk and have it count as a length of the pool?
Yes! Anyway you go up and down the pool will count as a lap, so you can swim, kick, pull, walk, jump, anything that you are comfortable with. Just have to make sure that you make it from one end of the pool all the way to the other end.

Spar Fit

Tired of the same old workout? Come jump rope, lift weights and hit heavy bags for an awesome workout. This class is an intense workout that will challenge every muscle in your body, blow by blow.

Karate

Participants will receive instruction in Shuri-ryu, a traditional form of Okinawan karate. This style of martial art is one of the most complete self-defense systems in existence. Students will be taught proper punching, kicking and striking techniques in addition to basic grappling. No experience is necessary to participate in the program. The benefits include learning self-defense & self-discipline, heightening your level of awareness, improving your coordination, increasing your strength & power and enjoying a great workout. All classes will be taught by Chris Schoebel, a 25-year student of Okinawan Shuri-ryu and chief instructor at Linder’s Karate in Berkeley, IL. Mr. Schoebel has extensive knowledge in both the striking and grappling arts and has studied under Sensei Carl Linder for the past 20 years. He is also a former student of Aikido under the instruction of Sensei Fumio Toyoda. Contact Chris Schoebel at 942-9600 extension 629 for more information.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates

The Pilates Method of body conditioning has been defined as “movement flowing outward from a strong center.” The goal of this challenging workout is to strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture, increase flexbility, develop balance, and create a more streamlined shape. Students will learn the basic Pilates mat routine and how each exercise contributes to improved body awareness and well-being. View Class Schedule.

O.A.S.I.S.

This program focuses specifically on our senior population! Included in the O.A.S.I.S. program are low impact aerobics classes offered Tuesdays and Fridays, arboretum outings and luncheons. Members will find a positive atmosphere with HealthTrack’s dynamic and knowledgeable staff. Check our Group Fitness Schedule for O.A.S.I.S. class dates and times.

CPR, 1st Aid & AED Classes

HealthTrack offers CPR, 1st Aid & AED classes for members and non-members. Learn CPR and save a life!
