Children's Activity Center (CAC)

Welcome to the Children’s Activity Center (CAC)

The Children’s Activity Center, CAC, is offered for children 3 months through 13 years, who are active dependents on their parent’s membership. The parent must remain inside HealthTrack during the reservation.
Our Friendly Caregivers will interact and lead age-appropriate activities. For the safety of each child, Children’s Activity Center team members are First Aid, CPR, and AED certified and we follow the recommended guidelines for safe child ratios set by DCFS for each age group.

Reservations can only be made on the HT App
Log-in to the HT App and click Bookings
Children active on the membership will be visible for reservations
Only active children of active members can use the CAC
Reservations can be made 1 week (7 days) in advance
Reservations at the CAC have a maximum of two hours
Permanent reservations are not available
Up to two visits per child/day*
*Once in the morning and once at night on days when evening hours are offered

Cancelations are made online on the HT App
Cancelations must be made more than 2 hours prior to a reservation
Cancelations made within 2 hours of the reservation will incur a $12 “late cancelation” charge per child
Failure to cancel will result in a $15 “no show” charge per child

Have your HT membership ID available for check-in
Sign-in is also required; stating your location, activity and if your child has any special requirements
New members will complete a registration and allergy form on the first visit
Face masks are optional
All children’s hands will be washed after entering the CAC play area

No child will be permitted in the CAC if any of the following conditions exist: runny nose, deep cough, diarrhea, rash, elevated temperature, red eyes or discharge
Child must be free of symptoms and without medication for 24 hours before returning
A physician’s note may be required for any conditions or allergies being treated and declared harmless or non-contagious

Parent/Guardian must remain in the building
Parent/Guardian will be paged or located to change diapers. If clothes are soiled, a clean set of clothes must be put on before the child can return to the CAC
Shoes are required at all times
Please label all belongings; bags, outerwear, water bottles, and clip-on pacifiers with your child’s name before visiting
Our team members will do our best to work with any child. However, we reserve the right to refuse any child who is unable to function within the CAC guidelines
