Stephanie Tenconi – Yoga Instructor

Stephanie began her yoga journey in 2004. An initial love for the physical benefits developed into an essential nurturing of her mind and spirit. With three young kids at home, the time she spends on her mat brings her peace and grounding from her everyday chaos. Stephanie understands that for many students, yoga offers them their only calm for the day. In class, she aims to bring a balanced experience, focusing on strengthening both body and mind.
