Ronda Schorle – Yoga Instructor

Ronda has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. Initially, she started yoga for the physical benefits of strength and flexibility but over time discovered the added benefit of mindfulness. As her children are growing up she wanted to spend her time sharing her love for yoga with others.  She decided to complete her 200 hour certification in 2019. Ronda believes yoga is a true and continuous practice and we all discover something different about ourselves each time we come to our mats.
