You’ve moved beyond the beginner stage and know you still need plenty of work on the basics, but you’ve progressed where you’re learning faster than before. Strokes are taking shape, and a desire to play tennis more seriously is taking hold. This is the class for you! Age 18+. Minimum registration for all adult classes is 3.

Youth Weekday Tennis Camps

There are TEN one-week camps for our Youth Tennis Classes. All ages and levels. Choose the week(s) that work for you.

Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. All levels/Co-ed

Men’s Doubles League

HealthTrack has a Men’s Doubles League. It is a 3.5+ level league. Matches are on Tuesday nights from 8-9:30pm. There are 4 courts with a maximum of 16 people. Online registration required.

Adult Beginner

Our adult beginner classes focus on learning the basics of tennis. Each week will introduce a new stroke and/or concept to work on while building upon what was learned in earlier lessons. Stroke production, footwork, scoring, and basic match play will be covered. Age 18+. Minimum registration for all adult classes is 3.

High Performance

High Performance (HP) players are tournament-level players looking to develop their games as they prepare for tennis in high school and beyond. The class time is divided into drills, game play, and match play. Ages 11+

Futures

Futures Class is the next step for players ages 11-13. Players entering this class have all the basic strokes and can play matches. The class focuses on refining players strokes, teaches strategy, and provides opportunities for match play.

Orange

Orange Classes are designed to teach students the strokes and strategies of tennis with an orange ball and on a modified court. Game and match play are part of every lesson. Orange Classes are for children ages 9-10 and are played on a 60’ x 21’ court, with an orange ball and 23-25 inch racquet.

Red 2

Red 2 Class focuses on refining strokes and introducing players to competition in a relaxed environment. Red 2 classes are for children ages 7-8 and are played on a 36’ x 18’ court, with a red foam or felt ball, and a 19-23 inch racquet.

Red 1 Class is an introduction to the basic strokes of tennis and emphasizes having fun and continuing athletic development. Red 1 classes are for children ages 4-6. Classes are played on a 36’ x 18’ court, with a red foam or felt ball, and a 19-23 inch racquet.
