3 Day Basketball Camp. All aspects of the game will be drilled to elevate players’ skills to the next level including ball handling, shootings mechanics, one on one offensive moves, and defensive principles. Players will compete in game like situations and will be held accountable for executing the fundamentals of the game at a high rate of speed. Speed and Agility Camp

Join Personal Trainer, Michael Green, in this speed and agility camp for young athletes. The goal is to enhance speed, agility and quickness in all participants.

  • Increase stamina
  • Enhance Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Develop Lateral & Multi-directional quickness
  • Learn Proper Mechanics and Body Awareness

All athletic backgrounds are welcome and encouraged.

Tiny Tots Tumbling

Join our gymnastics training camp today! Ages 4-6! Work with HealthTrack’s new Personal Trainer and Gymnastics Coach, Christina Rini, and flip your way into summer!

Christina will teach the fundamentals of tumbling, stretching, and basic strength exercises to keep your children active and healthy. Learn and practice your forward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, back bends, and handsprings with the guidance of a professional coach. You can expect to have fun with our obstacle courses and make new friends along the way!

Summer Camp Quest & Camp Quest Tennis

Summer Camp Quest

Camp just for ages 6-12! While your children participate in Camp Quest, they will get to experience new activities everyday.  Activities will include but are not limited to gym games, swimming, tennis, education workshops, outdoor activities and much more. This camp is geared toward all childrens’ interests. Please bring a lunch.
Dates: May 30 – August 24th (No Camp Quest June 25th – June 29th or July 4th)
Time: 9am-4pm
Fee: $39/day Member; $49/day Non member (The new registration process will discount 15% off for siblings automatically)
NOW! Parents can add Extended care and add Lunch for any days they are registered
Extended Care: $10 for am & $10 for pm
Lunch: $6/day
Registration must be completed 2 days in advance. Cancellations must be received 72 hours in advance.

Camp Quest Tennis

Children signed up for Camp Quest may add a Camp Quest Group Tennis Lesson to the end of their day. You select the day!
Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, & Thu
Time: 3:30-4:30pm (ages 5-8) & 3:30-5pm (ages 9+)
Fee: 1 hour $14/class; 1.5 hour $19/class

Bendy Buddies – Kids Yoga

On the 1st Friday of the month, your little ones can have fun practicing yoga from 10:30-11:30am.
Just for kids ages 4+.
Dates & sign up available in CAC.

Youth Certification

Start your child in the right direction by helping them improve their fitness level, enchance sports ability, confidence and total body control through exercise. Fun and strength training techniques, safety concepts and fitness floor rules and etiquette. Class length may vary from 60-90 minutes based on the number of kids registered. Youth will be trained in three areas of the fitness floor: dumbbells on the west end, the track and the ab area. Ages 10-13.

 

Dates: August 9th or August 23rd
Time: 7:30-8:30pm
Cost is $45/child.

Registration deadline 24 hours in advance. Private youth certification sessions are available upon request for $55.

Group Swim Lessons

HealthTrack offers a variety of Group Swim Lessons for every age and ability. Our littlest ones may begin lessons at 6 months in a parent participation class conveniently offered on Saturdays. Our most advanced participate in the Piranhas class with a focus on breaststroke and butterfly. HealthTrack is known for its exemplary instructors and low teacher student class ratio.

Play and Paddle

Tennis + Swim = Fun. Play & Paddle is designed for 5 – 6 year olds and combines the instruction and fun of both tennis & swimming in one class. Each sport will receive 30 minutes of instruction. Please wear tennis shoes and bring a tennis racquet (if you have one), swim suit & goggles.
