Summer Camp Quest

Camp just for ages 6-12! While your children participate in Camp Quest, they will get to experience new activities everyday.  Activities will include but are not limited to gym games, swimming, tennis, education workshops, outdoor activities and much more. This camp is geared toward all childrens’ interests. Please bring a lunch.
Dates: May 20 – August 24th (No Camp Quest on July 4th)
Time: 9am-4pm
Fee: $39/day Member; $49/day Non member (The new registration process will discount 15% off for siblings automatically)
NOW! Parents can add Extended care and add Lunch for any days they are registered
Extended Care: $10 for am & $10 for pm
Lunch: $6/day
Registration must be completed 2 days in advance. Cancellations must be received 72 hours in advance.

NEW! Saturday Camp Quest, 11am-3pm: $29/members; $39/Non member; $6 for lunch

Camp Quest Tennis

Children signed up for Camp Quest may add a Camp Quest Group Tennis Lesson to the end of their day. You select the day!
Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, & Thu
Time: 3:30-4:15pm (ages 5-8) & 4:15-5pm (ages 9+)
Fee: $12

Bendy Buddies – Kids Yoga

On the 1st Friday of the month, your little ones can have fun practicing yoga!

Ages 3-5: 11:20-12pm
Ages 4-6: 10:40-11:20am

Youth Swim Clinic & Clubs

Youth Swim Clinic

Swim clinic offers competitive swim workouts and instruction. Correct competitive strokes, starts, turns and finishes will be taught. Swim team workouts will be conducted at participant’s ability level. Participants should be at least 6 years old and be able to swim the length of the pool freestyle and backstroke.

Time/Day: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5-6pm
Session 1: September 24th – October 17th
Session 2: October 22nd – November 14th
Session 3: November 19th – December 19th
Session Fee: 8 classes: Members: $100/$75 (8 or 10 classes) / Nonmembers: $150/$113 (8 or 10 classes)

Master Swim Club

HealthTrack provides an organized Master swim practice, designed to improve speed, technique and overall endurance with the added motivation of group training. Masters is open to competitive swimmers, triathletes and members looking for an alternative to solo lap swimming.

Workout Schedule:

Time/Day: Tues: 6-7am, Fri: 6-7am, Sat: 7-8:30am

Youth Certification

Start your child in the right direction by helping to improve their fitness level, enhance sports ability, confidence & total body control through exercise. Strength training techniques, safety concepts, fitness floor rules & etiquette will be covered. Youth will be trained in 3 areas of the fitness floor: dumbbells, track & ab area. Registration deadline 24 hours in advance. Questions? Contact us at: 630-348-5378.
Ages 10-13. Must show HealthTrack ID. Please note that Children under 10 may not be on the fitness floor unless training with a Personal Trainer.

Group Swim Lessons

HealthTrack offers a variety of Group Swim Lessons for every age and ability. Our littlest ones may begin lessons at 6 months in a parent participation class conveniently offered on Saturdays. Our most advanced participate in the Piranhas class with a focus on breaststroke and butterfly. HealthTrack is known for its exemplary instructors and low teacher student class ratio.

Youth Tennis Lessons

We have tennis lessons for all ages. Classes are based on skills & age. Red, Orange, & Green classes indicate the ball used for class. Beginner classes use smaller courts, shorter racquets & balls that bounce lower. The game becomes easier for kids to play & love! View our Tennis brochure for dates and times.
