Spar Fit

Tired of the same old workout? Come jump rope, lift weights and hit heavy bags for an awesome workout. This class is an intense workout that will challenge every muscle in your body, blow by blow.

Adult Tennis Lessons

Tennis truly is a great lifetime sport. Do you feel it’s time to get started? Have you already played some and need to refine or rediscover your game? Are you looking for a great workout? We have the perfect beginner and advanced noontime program for you. You must be 18 or older to register for an adult class. Minimum registration for all adult classes is three. Participants are taught by the HealthTrack tennis staff. We offer an Adult Beginner Tennis Class and an Adult Advanced Beginner.
