My specializations include core training, weight loss, strength & conditioning, speed & agility training, postural assessments & improvements, and injury rehab/prevention. I have a great belief in well rounded health! I use my strong knowledge of biomechanics and injury prevention to set clients on the right path for success and results. I strongly believe exercise should be fun! My philosophy is “Choosing to exercise must not be a temporary decision. Rather, it needs to be part of one’s lifestyle! The key is to use exercise, in any way enjoyable, as a stress relief. I believe being active and healthy positively enhances every other aspect of life.” I hope for the opportunity to work together toward your fitness and health goals.
