As a personal trainer, I want to guide my clients to a lifestyle change. We can do this through motivation, accountability and setting up a weekly program for your fitness. Proper form and different, fresh daily workouts make it more fun, while achieving your fitness goals. I specialize in heart rate training /VO2 Max, Golf Fitness, Running Gait Analysis, as well as weight loss and general fitness. I have completed numerous marathons (Sub 3 Club) Numerous road races, sub 5 minute mile at age 40, 3 sport athlete in high school –golf, tennis and ice hockey
