Jonathan Adkins – Master Personal Trainer

Jonathan Adkins has been a fitness coach/personal trainer for 6 years. He has a passion for fitness which started 12 years ago when he began working out with a home weight set in his basement. Proof that everyone is a beginner at some point. 

He played 4 years of football at Glenbard West, and 2 years at North Central College where he received his BA in Exercise Science.

He believes in a holistic approach to fitness; training for strength, conditioning, improving mobility and flexibility as well as following a balanced diet. Fitness and proper nutrition can provide everyone with vitality and longevity in recreational activities they love.

Jon specializes in strength development, fat loss training, and athletic development.
