My personal training philosophy is that strengthening the body is the best defense against injury and aging.
I specialize in working with senior adults as well as weight loss for conditioning and strength. I enjoy participating in sprint triathlons, swimming with a local Master swim team, bicycle touring, and running 10Ks. I also play flute in a local community band.
