My personal training philosophy is to start by making yourself happy. Do something for your mind and body everyday! Make the time in your day because you are worth it! I have high energy and a positive attitude to guide you to reach your goals!
I specialize in weight loss and fitness for strength and conditioning. I am also comfortable working with older adults. I enjoy dancing, racing in 5Ks and obstacle races and baking in my free time.
