Speed and Agility Camp

Join Personal Trainer, Michael Green, in this speed and agility camp for young athletes. The goal is to enhance speed, agility and quickness in all participants.

  • Increase stamina
  • Enhance Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Develop Lateral & Multi-directional quickness
  • Learn Proper Mechanics and Body Awareness

All athletic backgrounds are welcome and encouraged.

Session Dates: August 20th – September 14th
Ages 8-10: Tuesday & Thursday, 4-5pm
Ages 11-14: Tuesday & Thursday, 5-6pm
Fee: $120/Members
