Tennis Policies

Tennis Court Usage

Tennis courts are available only to Premier Members. Non-Premier Members may use the tennis courts on a walk-on basis at a rate of $20 per person per hour.

Court Check-In

All members and players must check in at the Service Desk for a court reservation. If there is any substitution, the player canceling must inform the Service Desk to avoid the $20 No-Show fee.

No-Show Fees

If a scheduled member does not show for the court, a $20 No-Show Fee will be applied to their account. The substituting person must check-in at the Service Desk and make mention of the substitution for no charges to occur.

Court Cancellations

Cancellations must be called in 2 hours prior to the scheduled reservation, or a $20/person No-Show Fee will be applied to the member's account, that made the reservation. During non-business hours, please leave a voicemail at the club to cancel a court reservation.

Tennis Guest Fees

A Premier Member bringing in a guest may use a guest pass or pay the $20/person court fee. Non-Premier Members and their guests must pay a $20/person court fee to play tennis. Guests visiting the club must present photo I.D. at each visit and have a guest waiver on file.

Lesson Policies

Make-Up Policy: Students are responsible for attending the class for which they have registered. If for any reason the student cannot attend a class, speak to the instructor to arrange a make-up within the same session

Refunds: If a student is registered in a class and becomes sick or injured and cannot attend the remaining classes, fees will be refunded when a Doctor's note is provided. Refunds will be pro-rated dependent on the number of classes attended. As a note, lesson fees will not be pro-rated for missed classes. Should a student cancel a class after the session begins, a $50 charge will be assessed.

Program Cancellation & Refund Policy

All fee-based programs at HealthTrack have a cancellation fee. Please be courteous when canceling and give a 48 hour notice prior to the beginning of the session. If a student cancels a class after the session is in progress, a $50 charge will be assessed. In the event of illness or injury, contingent upon receiving a physician's note a refund will be issued. Only the appropriate department head or Program Director may grant exceptions.
