The HealthTrack Hurricans is a travel basketball team for boys ages nine through eighteen.  HealthTrack has 3 teams, one each at the 5th/6th grade, Fresh/Soph and Varsity levels. The HealthTrack Hurricanes will compete against other travel teams and at the Bulls/Sox Academy League in Lisle. Teams are coached by Lex Landfair, Luke Baker, and Greg Dacanay.  Level Day of Week Time 5th & 6th Grade Thursday 4:30-6pm 7th & 8th Grade Wednesday & Friday 4:30-6pm High School Tuesday & Thursday 7:30-8:30pm Some of the skills emphasized are ball handling, shooting, dribbling, team & individual skills, blocking out, passing, rebounding, footwork, game concepts, offensive and defensive principles.
