Join our 20th Anniversary 100-Mile Swim Club It’s easy to sign up! For every 20 miles you swim, up to 100 miles, you will receive an award! Simply keep track of the laps you swim during each workout and record your yardage/mileage in the 100 mile swim binder located outside the aquatics office. The mileage tracking will be maintained and updated weekly!
When does the challenge start? Today – December 31st, 2017 How many lengths is a mile?
Length = One end of the pool to the other (25 yards)
Lap = Down & Back (50 yards)
70 Lengths or 35 laps = 1,760 yards
Can I walk and have it count as a length of the pool?
Yes! Anyway you go up and down the pool will count as a lap, so you can swim, kick, pull, walk, jump, anything that you are comfortable with. Just have to make sure that you make it from one end of the pool all the way to the other end.

We have the perfect beginner and advanced noontime program for you. You must be 18 or older to register for an adult class. Minimum registration for all adult classes is three. Participants are taught by the HealthTrack tennis staff. We offer an Adult Beginner Tennis Class and an Adult Advanced Beginner.
Pilates is an exercise system designed to strengthen and stretch the entire body. It can be performed on a mat or by utilizing apparatus equipped with weighted springs. These springs can make exercises easier or more difficult depending on the needs of the client. Pilates apparatus training at Health Track includes Reformers, Chair and Tower. Pilates instructors at Health Track are trained and certified to work with all types of people from athletes to those recovering from injuries.
Our instructors are certified in Stott Pilates, a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates. The goal of Stott Pilates is to improve core strength & balances the muscles around the joints, improving the way your body functions, looks & feels. The 5 Basic Principles focus on breathing, pelvic placement, rib cage placement, scapular movement and head & cervical spine placement. Choose from one on one, partner (2 people), or group (3-4 person) trainings. One on one personalized training programs on Cadillac tower, chair, and barrel. Time slots can be arranged per instructor availability.
This warm water arthritis/fibromyalgia exercise class emphasizes range-of-motion and endurance exercises and helps improve general fitness, strength, endurance and circulation. Must be able to enter and exit the pool independently.
