Angie Cameron
Pilates Instructor
After four years of practicing pilates and seeing and feeling the benefits on herself, Angie wanted to share her passion for pilates with others by teaching. Angie has a lot of experience in the fitness and dance industry. She was an aerobic instructor for eight years in the 1990’s and has been a competitive dancer since 2000, but nothing has changed her core strength, posture and balance as much as pilates. It has improved her dancing as well as her day to day life.
Angie is currently being educated through the Stott pilates program which is a highly reputable and intensive program. She also draws on her experience of body movement from her dance background and her knowledge of anatomy and physiology gained from being a registered nurse for twelve years. |
