Online Services

HealthTrack is pleased to present you with the convenience of Online Services, accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.  With online services, you have access to all of the following:

To get started with Online Services, please provide Member Services with your e-mail address.  We will then e-mail you a username and password.  We cannot create a logon for you without a valid e-mail address, and we will not solicit this information.

Please note that for security, Online Services will require you to change your password every 3 months (90 days).  If you have not logged into Online Services for more than 90 days, you will be unable to log on with your current username/password and will need to contact Member Services to have a new username/password e-mailed to you.

Please note the password you create for the online services website must meet the following requirements:

  • Be 7 or more characters in length
  • Contain at least 1 capital letter
  • Contain at least 1 number
  • Contain at least 1 symbol
  • Not repeat any password you may have previously used for the website
