Q: What does your facility look like? A: Take our virtual tour. Q: If I would like to cancel my membership, how would I go about doing so? A: You will need to pick up a cancellation form at the club, complete it and turn the form in to the front desk or to member services. All cancellation forms must be turned in by the 20th of the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Q: How do I suspend or freeze my membership? A: You may suspend or freeze your membership if you have a medical condition preventing you from participating in physical activities, you will be out of town for business reasons, you will be out of town on an extended vacation (applicable only September 1 - May 1) or if you have a second residency which you live. You must fill out the Application to Suspend/Freeze membership and turn it in to the Front Desk or to member services.
