Youth Fitness Certification (Ages 10-13)

Start your child in the right direction by helping them improve their fitness level, enchance sports ability, confidence and total body control through exercise. Fun and strength training techniques, safety concepts and fitness floor rules and etiquette.

February 4th, 9-11am
March 3rd, 9-11am

Fee: $45

Class length may vary from 60-90 minutes based on the number of kids registered.

Registration Deadline: 2 days prior to class date.
