The goal of the HealthTrack Running Club is to provide cutting-edge and substantial information on running and joggin for everyone - from the person who has never run to the veteran marathoner. No matter what your fitness level or running experience, we can help you create and implement an individualized running program; provide helpful tips on running gear and accessories; engage you in our exciting club runs; and answer your running and jogging questions in a fun and social setting. Track sessions based on your goals and pace, working with others to improve your pace. Workouts will include ladders, hill repeats, 400's, 800's mile repeats.
Annual Fee $100
Includes: shirt, track workouts on Thursdays from 6:15-7:15pm at Glenbard West (June-Oct), access to Hurricane Runnign Web site, early registration and discounts for running programs, free bi-monthly seminars, 15% discount at Dick Ponds in Elmhurst

Personal Running Programs (includes health fitness assessment)
heart rates to train at, paces for your workouts, form & stride & a workout guide and when to do them. $200
Online Coaching
Included unlimited email access for questions/answers and guidelines for your program $50/month
