Teen Pilates

Join us for 60 minutes of fun and challenging integrated pilates mat exercises for teens. Pilates for teen is a great workout to incorporate posturing, alignment and core strength to improve sports, overall posture and confidence!

Session 1: June 9 - July 10
Session 2: July 21 - August 15
Days & Times:

Mondays & Wednesdays 12-1pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays 4-5pm

Fees: Member Non-Member

1 Class $32 $40
