Pre/Post Natal Pilates

A pilates reformer based class especially for new moms and moms to be. This class is tailored to your needs with modifications in positions and use of small equipment props. Essential goals of this class is to provide education and physical enhancement of your body’s alignment. Strengthening from the core musculature (pelvic floor, transverse abdominals and back muscles), helps to support the changes that occur during this time. Mind body awareness and self confidence is a sure outcome!
