The Pilates Method of body conditioning has been defined as "movement flowing outward from a strong center." The goal of this challenging workout is to strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture, increase flexbility, develop balance, and create a more streamlined shape. Students will learn the basic Pilates mat routine and how each exercise contributes to improved body awareness and well-being

*Pilates mat fusion is a blend of intro and intermediate mat based training, with some alternate breath and movement challenges. Small props (foam roller, balls, fitness circle and bands will be used for modification and advancements. Participant must have taken Intro mat and have working knowledge of pilates principles. This class is free. First come first serve basis.
