“I believe in consistency, balance, and inspiration.  We need dedicated effort to achieve results and we need attention to mind and spirit to achieve balance.  We can build skills and levels of performance putting one foot in front of the other, until we reach our goal.  I believe we all need a mentor to inspire and motivate us to reach our highest potential. Together we can do it!” I specialize in running form analysis, heart rate training, VO2 max threshold training, golf performance, and tennis/badminton sport enhancement.  I currently coach the Glenbard South girls tennis and badminton teams.  However, I routinely train clients for general fitness and weight loss. My outgoing energetic personality keeps me involved in 13 Elite Level Marathon races and playing golf and hockey.
