“My Philosophy is based on discipline.  Setting a goal is not the main thing.  It is deciding how you will go about achieving and staying with the plan.” In my 16 plus years of personal training I have worked with a diverse population.  Beyond the general fitness training for adults I specialize in sport enhancement for teenage athletes.  Currently I coach the HTSW Hurricanes Traveling Boy’s Basketball Team.  But my diversity of training allows me to work with athletes from all sports, including football, baseball and track. My personal interests include photography, motorcycle riding, volleyball, kite flying, and body building.  You may see me around town, attending some of the high school sporting events, because I train so many community athletes and enjoy seeing them perform.
