“My personal training philosophy is ‘Mens Sana in Corpore Sano’ – Sound mind in a sound body.  This is something I have strived to follow my entire life.  It is my sincere belief that both components are essential to becoming a well-rounded and complete person.  I will help you with my knowledge in science and motivation techniques to further your pursuit of a sound body.” I have very diverse clientele. I’m capable of working with a variety of populations ranging from collegiate athletes to senior citizens. I specialize in weight loss and sport specific training for athletes.  I also conduct Karate classes and private martial arts training for Health Track. My personal interests include hiking, camping and spending time with family and friends.
