Following are just a few of the CAC policies enforced in order to keep your children safe and healthy. Please read the CAC's full-length policy card to ensure all guidelines are met for the safety of all the children in the CAC.

Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made up to 7 days in advance. All reservation requests are considered in the order in which received.

HTSW strictly adheres to staff to child ratios. The ratio for infants (3-16 months) is 1 to 4, for toddlers (17-29 months) is 1 to 7, and for children 30 months and older is 1 to 10. The CAC reservation process is based on these ratios.

Walk-ins may be accepted pending space and staff availability.

Cancellations can be phoned with no charge for the cancellation. Voice mail cancellations are always acceptable.

Please read all posted signs or announcements at the CAC desk.

All personal items must be labeled with the child's full name.

Member will be notified if child is upset or cries continuously for 5 – 10 minutes.

Diapers and wipes are available for purchase through the CAC. Per HTSW policy, staff may not change diapers or provide potty training service.

Member must remain on the premises at all times.
