Pool Usage Guidelines

• A parent, guardian, or other responsible person over the age of 18 must accompany persons under the age of 16 when a lifeguard is not present.
• Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed in the whirlpools
• Please shower before entering the pool area
• Do not bring food or drink into the pool area
• Do not engage in unruly activity including: fighting, pushing, dunking and running
• Swimming alone is not recommended
• No street shoes or strollers are allowed on the pool deck.
• All young children should be within arm's reach of adults.

Group Swim Lesson Policies

Registration for group swim lessons are available for up to four months in advance. Simply complete the entire registration form, which can be found at the registration desk and drop it off at the registration desk. Member sign-up will begin 3 days before nonmembers.

Check in Policy:

• Non-member Program Participants will receive an HTSW Program Card which must be presented during check-in at the Front Desk upon entering the club. There is a $10 replacement fee in the event the card is lost.
• Minor children should have an adult accompany them during check-in.
• Parents are invited to attend and observe on the pool deck for the 1st & last day of each session.
• For the safety of your children, we ask that all children refrain from entering the pool until the instructor is ready.
• When entering the pool area, you must remove your shoes or wear HTSW provided shoe coverings.
• Participant must be on membership to receive member rates.
• Non-members do not have club privileges.

Payment Policy:

• Payment for swim lessons is due at the time of making the reservation.
• Pricing is based on per person at 30 minute instruction sessions.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation for Group Swim Instruction must be received 2 weeks prior to start of the session. A $15 fee is assessed for cancellations inside the two week period. Once the session has begun, a pro-rated refund will be issued in the event of illness or injury only, contingent upon receiving a physician's note.
• All swim lesson packages expire upon the conclusion of the selected session.
